• Flat Top Crimped Wire Mesh – smooth top surface for conveying
• Lock Crimped Wire Mesh – firm structure for mining and quarry screens

• Mesh Aperture and Wire Diameter Range

  We offer an extensive selection of aperture sizes and wire gauges to accommodate specific filtering and screening purposes:

  • Aperture sizes: From 2 mm × 2 mm to 100 mm × 100 mm
  • Wire diameter: From 0.3 mm to 12 mm
  • Common specifications:
    • 30 mm × 30 mm × 3 mm
    • 50 mm × 50 mm × 3.5 mm
    • 24 mm × 24 mm × 4 mm
    • 40 mm × 40 mm × 5 mm

  These options are available in square, rectangular, or custom-shaped holes depending on the use case.

  Roll and Panel Dimensions

  Our Stainless Steel Crimped Wire Mesh is available in rolls and custom-cut panels:

  • Standard roll widths: 1.0 m, 1.2 m, 1.5 m, 2.0 m
  • Roll lengths: 10 m, 25 m, 30 m
  • Panel widths: Up to 2.0 m
  • Panel lengths: Custom-cut or standard 2.0 m × 3.0 m sheets

  All rolls and panels are packed securely to prevent deformation during transit.
